| Don Mitckess - Co-President Don is the Student Assistance Program Director at Maine South High School in Park Ridge. This is his first year in a SAP position in a school, but he has been involved in student assistance for over ten years on the community partner side of the equation. Don has been a member of IASAP since 1998 and has served on the Governing Board since 2002, including a term as 2nd Vice-President. |

Cratty - Co-President is the Director of Student and Employee Assistance Programs for District 113. She has been an educator for 25 years and has worked in Student Assistance at the high school level for the past 15 years. Cathy has been involved in IASAP as well for the past 15 years and has served as second vice president. |

| Marilee
S. K. Muirhead, LSCW, CADC- Treasurer
Marilee is the Substance Abuse Prevention Coordinator in the Student Assistance Program (SAP) at Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, Illinois. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor in the State of Illinois and holds an advanced degree from the University of Chicago in School Social Work and an advanced degree from Governors State University in Addiction Studies. Additionally, she has completed a post-graduate certificate in Clinical Practice with Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Individuals and their Families. She is the Chair of the Operation Snowball (OS) Board of Directors and was a consultant at the Illinois Teen Institute (ITI) this past July, completing her 15th year with the Institute. She also sits on the Adult Board of the Illinois Drug Education Alliance (IDEA). |
